Goal: Show what organisation members (non-owners) see: the dashboard is unchanged (no module columns, no cost footer), and the padlocked nav item routes to the member locked page ("ask your organisation owner …") instead of an enable flow.

Faked vs real-on-build

• Rows are hard-coded; the owner named on the locked page comes from the organisation's owner on build.
• The Accounting dropdown is an inline replica; on build the padlock lives in the real top nav.
