Goal: The Modules columns while the organisation's subscription is on trial. Everything is free until the 1st of next month; enabled cells show "Free until 1 Aug"; the footer shows the post-trial estimate instead of a current bill.

Key behaviour

• Trial is org-wide (the Stripe subscription trial) — the whole table is in the free state at once.
• Turning a module off during trial is immediate (nothing was paid, no pending-removal window).
• Module billing periods are created at trial exit alongside cashbook billing periods — structural alignment.

Faked vs real-on-build: a fresh 2-cashbook org is hard-coded; the trial end date comes from the subscription's trial_ends_at on build.
